How much is the finders/administration fee? This depends on the development and the amount of units you purchase. Unless otherwise stated the finders/administration fee is a £1000 for UK property and £2000 for Overseas property. Please read our Terms and Conditions. What does the finders/administration fee cover? We believe in transparency, so that no costs are hidden. The administration fee covers:

How long until I see a return on my investment? This will depend on the build time on the investment. How do I know my investment is secure? No funds are exchanged with the developer until your solicitor has approved the contract. Can you help with mortgages? We are not mortgage brokers, however we work very closely with associates who have access to the best mortgage products on the market. Can I get international mortgage? We can provide you with the best UK brokers for overseas mortgages. Can you recommend a solicitor? Can I use my own solicitor? No problem you can use your own, but they must be able to meet the 28 day exchange deadline. Is now a good time to invest in property?
